Family Support
The Family Support Team assists and support families with children aged from birth to 16 years of age living in the Wollondilly, Wingecarribee, and Camden areas.
The Intake and Referral process involves assessing a family’s or individual’s
needs when seeking assistance. Our Intake Officer coordinates the transfer of
information and referrals between the community and the relevant service providers for people working or residing in the Wollondilly, Wingecarribee, and Camden areas. Referrals from individuals, families or agencies can be made by phone or email.
Our Intake Officer may refer you to the Casework Team or into workshops, programs or other external services to assist you.

Crisis
Community Links Wellbeing offers a program for Emergency Relief/Crisis Assistance called Energy Accounts Payment Assistance (EAPA). This program is available to all members of the community and provides financial aid for clients towards electricity or gas utility bills.
