Community Links Wellbeing recognises that it’s not always easy to connect with others in the community without providing opportunities for individuals to get involved. Our role is to identify the needs in our community and address them in a practical way.

Community Links Wellbeing engages informally with young people to help build social skills, confidence and connections with their community.

Our NDIS team can support you to find out what the NDIS is about, where to start, how to get your plan completed, how to find activities, therapies and other services that suit you and provide you with support and information once you have your plan in place.

Family Support and Crisis
Family Support Workers help with issues including parenting challenges, constant stress, worries about family members, mental health issues, single parent families, domestic violence and court support.

Allied Health Services
The Community Links Wellbeing Allied Health Services include Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology Therapists who are available in Camden, Tahmoor and Bowral.
The Community Engagement Team works closely with the community in Wollondilly, Wingecarribee and Camden areas to provide opportunities for you to get involved in events, workshops, groups and other activities.
The Family Support Team assists and support families with children aged from birth to 16 years of age living in the Wollondilly, Wingecarribee, and Camden areas.
ReFrame supports young people aged 12-25 years living in living in Wollondilly and Wingecarribee. The service is delivered by mental health professionals and youth engagement workers within a hub-based
The Recovery and Resilience team offers a range of support across Wingecarribee and Wollondilly who have been affected by the bushfires, flood, or other storm events. We can provide you with information, decision-making and recovery resources.
Our Youth team deliver programs in schools and communities, organises activities and groups and also provides information about services that can support young people in a number of ways.
Community Links Wellbeing provides information and referral to a diverse range of community members; builds the capacity of community members through groups, activities and skills development and provides projects and events that connect community members to their local communities.
The organisation is supported by information and resources gathered over 30 years of service provision, expertise and knowledge.
