The Intake and Referral procedure involves assessing a family’s or individual’s needs when seeking assistance. The Intake Officer Co-ordinates the transfer of information and referrals between the community and the relevant service providers for people working or residing in the Wollondilly and Camden Areas. The Intake Officer may refer you to the Casework Team or into workshops, programs or other external services that will assist you.
