The Back on Track Program will assist individuals and families who find themselves in immediate but temporary crisis. This program will also allow Community Links to develop and implement prevention strategies so that community members in crisis are provided with longer term solutions through continued support, skills development and financial and legal advice.

Intake Our intake worker coordinates the transfer of information and referrals between the community and internal staff members. They take referrals for each service and undertake assessment of a family’s or individual’s need for services. They provide support to new clients prior to allocation to the Family Support Team.
